Gillian Grimsley began dancing ballet, tap and jazz at the age of three and has continued her passion of dance throughout her life. During her educational years, she was a choreographer and captain for the high school drill team and pageant, as well as Miss Riverwood High School and choreographer and member of the University of Georgia (UGA) dance team and several UGA dance companies. She then performed with the professional Latin dance company, Babalu Entertainment International as a Latin Dancer and Showgirl where she performed in exhibitions, competitions, and corporate conventions. Gillian began teaching ballroom with Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Ontario, Canada in 1996.

Along with being a finalist in several national Dancesport competitions, Gillian also finds time to compete and perform professionally in the American Rhythm Circuit. Currently, she is a performer with the company, Bacchus Productions, where she dances and models for various corporate events, fundraisers, tradeshows and conventions. She has performed for several large corporations, such as Microsoft, Wellstar, Southern Company, Hotel Intercontinental, Pride Mobility, etc.

Gillian is also a performer with the dance company,Dames Aflame, as "Beverly Frills." She has performed at several corporate events with the Dames as well as large stage performances with the band, Kingsized. Gillian, a fitness fanatic, is also a certified Jazzercise instructor, certified Yoga instructor, and an AFAA c ertified Aerobics instructor and Personal Trainer. She has traveled nationwide teaching Latin and Funk aerobics and various fitness conventions.

Gillian has started the company, GG's Ballroom and Entertainment featuring the dancers, GG's Gems. As well as teaching all styles of Ballroom and Latin Dance, private and group lessons. She also teaching in Austell and Douglasville. Gillian is the "Wedding Dance Expert!" In addition to dance performances, Gillian has also started an aerobics/dance class called StripTEASE Cardio, which is great for Bachelorette Parties, Birthday Parties as well as Girls Night Out.
